The website was designed and is maintained by Appero Studio Limited, acting as our data processor.

What personal data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent on them, and referring URL.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

Responding to your enquiry: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

Providing mediation services: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

Website analytics: legitimate interests, subject to cookie consent.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following processors, who act on our documented instructions:

Appero Studio Limited: website design and technical management.

Supabase Inc.: secure data storage (servers located in the European Union).

Resend Inc.: email delivery for contact form submissions.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to keep your data secure.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data (no engagement): deleted or anonymised within 12 months of your last contact.

Client data (where a mediation service begins): retained for 6 years from the end of the engagement, in line with standard UK limitation periods, then securely deleted.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct any inaccurate or incomplete data; erase your data (the "right to be forgotten"), where no overriding legal obligation requires us to keep it; restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability); and withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis for processing.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
